WIK is a German privately owned Company, and was founded in the 1950’s. It is an ODM/OEM Manufacturer, and sells its products to most of the famous customers over the world (Europe, USA, Australia, China, Japan, Korea, Brazil, & etc.). We have set up more than 600 retailing sales counters for selling our WIK own label brand products in the PRC. Besides the head office in Germany where all marketing, sales, research and development, and financial control are centralized, WIK also has representative offices in Spain and United Kingdom. Most of the top management staff in Hong Kong office and China factory is German. WIK has a 100% owned production facilities in China about 70,000 sq. m., and a total number of 3000 employees with further expansion. The main product ranges are Personal Care/Hair Care, Kitchen Appliances .

伟嘉公司是建立于1950的德国全资企业。嘉华电器厂为自行开发生产或代客加工产品的厂家，产品客户为世界各知名品牌(包括在欧洲/美国/澳洲/中国/日本/韩国/巴西等地)，并已在中国各省市的大中型百货及超级商场设 600多个零售专卖柜。总公司设在德国的艾森市，除市场销售/开发/财政在总部外，还在西班牙及英国设有代表处。公司在香港及中国大陆的高层管理员大多都为德国人。伟嘉的100%生产设备在中国大陆面积约有70，000平方米，现有3000名雇员并在逐步增加。其产品主要分成二大类。分别为：1)个人护理/ 美发护理 2)厨具用品。

工程部项目经理（Project Manager）
Major in Mechanical Bachelor Degree above, Good command at English.

To be responsible for the assigned projects such as Kitchen Appliances, Health Care, etc.
- To liaise and communicate with the customers for all assigned projects, and make any necessary arrangement for project scheduling, making the required samples, involving in the materials sourcing with purchasing department, arranging of product certification, pilot run/first product run & etc.
- To oversee the sample making for the customers with the required quality samples (according to the specification and customers’ requirements) for the customers before the deadline.
- To highly involve and lead the team in the product development processes, and follow up each project or assignment from the design stage to the end of mass production.
- To well co-ordinate with the concerned internal and external parties for the pilot run/ad hoc projects, and follow-up all necessary preparation works in linking with the Industrial Engineering, Quality and Production Departments or others before the mass production running. To closely manage in product development stage, and monitor the progress, and take appropriate actions for speeding up the project lead times according to the fixed schedule time.
- To ensure all procedures of WIK China Product Engineering Department are followed the Quality Manual and Operation Manual (ISO 9001:2000).
- To ensure the product specifications are valid and required by the customers and the product quality and safety standard of that countries. To check them all the time with the ATL/ or external laboratory/customers & etc., and compile them for easy tracing back and reference.

开发部设计工程师
机电专业本科以上学历，熟练使用PRO-E wildfire,懂塑胶特性，有小家电设计经验。英文CET4。

IE工程师
机电专业本科以上学历，懂标准时间计算，夹具设计，操作指引制作；懂PRO-E使用佳。英文CET4。

高级PE工程师
机电专业本科以上学历，熟悉厨电产品、美发产品的结构、项目跟进及认证标准要求。英文CET4。

ECM测试工程师
电子或机械专业本科以上学历，三年以上ECM数据测量经验，CET4。

包装结构设计工程师
大专学历，熟悉包装材料特性，会PRO-E，有结构设计经验佳。

质量检测工程师
机械专业本科学历；负责成品的质量分析及审核，熟悉塑胶特性及各种测量仪器；塑胶件特性，有处理试产过程中的质量问题经验；熟悉国际质量体系的标准，如VDE，UL，CCC，FMEA；英文流利。

技术采购
机械专业大专以上学历，有生产设备采购经验及懂机械原理，英文流利。

PMC计划员
大专以上学历，熟悉MRP系统使用，有物控经验，有熟悉五金、塑胶产品采购经验佳。
