Fu Yong Plant（福永工厂）

● Manufacturing Engineer_Injection Molding(注塑工程师) 
- College or above, majored in Mechanical Engineering
- More than 4 years experiences in current job position
- Familiar with turning or injection molding process
- Good communication skill and coordination ability
- Rich experience on screw making process
- Fluent English on writing and speaking is preferred

● Manufacturing Engineer_Heading & Rolling(螺丝制造工程师)
- College or above, majored in Mechanical Engineering
- More than 4 years experiences in current job position
- Being familiar with cold heading and thread rolling
- Good command for design software, CAD, Pro-e, Ideas
- Rich experience on screw making process
- Fluent English on writing and speaking is preferred

Manufacturing Engineer_Turning(自动车床工程师)
- 大专以上学历，机械类相关专业；
- 5年以上制造业机加工工艺工作经验，有西德机经验优先，懂刀具设计、工艺改良、机床保养,解决生产上遇到的问题,包括瓶颈工序分析,加工工艺路线的确定等；
- 懂CAD、Ideas等工程软件应用；
- 具备良好的专业技能和处理问题、组织管理能力；
- 具备优秀的团队合作能力和学习能力，能有效和正确地处理人际关系；
- 英文良好。

Supplier Development Engineer(供应商发展工程师)
-University degree in mechanical engineering or quality.
-3 to 5 years experience with supplier development or supplier quality

assurance.
-Fluent in Mandarin and English.
-Quality system knowledge is preferred, certified quality engineer is preferred.

Planner ( 计划员 )
-  Bachelor degree with major in Logistics or related desciplines
-  5 years or above experience in logistics including customer order processing, inventory management and materials planning
-  Familiar with international trade regulations and good command of

English
-  Familiar with ERP system and good operation skills of computer

especially on Access, Excel
-  Well-developed administrative skills.

Supplier Quality Engineer
- Experiences in quality management field, preferable to having worked in a mechanical factory, Have rich experience in supplier management;

rich experience in supplier management;
- Familiar with SPC, FMEA, PPAP;
- Have experience in inspector management and can establish quality standard independently.

Key Account Manager _ South-West China
- 3-5 years key account management sales experience of a technical product requiring technical ability.
Consultative selling with strong people skills;
- 3-5 years of distributor management experience;.
- Business acumen. Display an understanding of top and bottom line

business issues and impacts;.
- Excellent sales, communication, presentation and listening skills;.
- Computer literacy and the ability to develop proficiency with various

software programs;.
- Good language skill, Fluency in spoken/written English and Chinese (Mandarin) and preferably Cantonese.

Shi Yan Plant（石岩工厂） 
 
Production Manager
- Bachelor degree with major in Mechanical Engineering or other engineering related major
- 5 years or above experience in production management, familiar with lean production tools
- Preferable experience in metal components manufacturing company with much exposure in turning, automatic lathe, CNC etc.
- Good communication skills in English

Material Manager
- Bachelor degree above with technology background, fluent English;
- Strong personality, great executive ability;
- Leadership & people management skill;
- Strong in Sourcing, Supplier management function, ability to

understand the technical aspect of production processes.

Planner(计划员)
-Higher Diploma in Logistics management;
-2 years related working experience as planner;
-Skillful computer operations such as Access/Excel;
-ERP system knowledge preferred;
-Pleasant and willing to work under pressure;

Supplier Development Engineer(供应商发展工程师)
-University degree in mechanical engineering or quality.
-3 to 5 years experience with supplier development or supplier quality

assurance.
-Fluent in Mandarin and English.
-Quality system knowledge is preferred, certified quality engineer is preferred.

Purchasing  Specialist(采购专员)
- Bachelor degree with major in Mechanical Engineering;
- 3 years or above strong exposure in sourcing, negotiation, supplier qualification in metal materials and machinery parts. Good integrity record.

Supplier Quality Engineer(供应商品质工程师)
- Experiences in quality management field, preferable to having worked

in a mechanical factory, Have rich experience in supplier management; rich experience in supplier management;
- Familiar with SPC, FMEA, PPAP;
- Have experience in inspector management and can establish quality standard independently.

Quality System Engineer(品质体系工程师)
-Work experience of establishing and auditing of TS/16949;
-Work experience in mechanical industry is preferred, good

communication and interpersonal skill, good style of writing and

drafting;
-Written/reading English is a must, good oral English is preferred;

Metal Stamping Design Engineer
- 5 years or above tooling design in stamping, metal parts in metal

manufacturing companies;
- Good knowledge of AutoCAD or other related drawing software.General requirements of positions above: at least 3 years’ work experience, bachelor degree with major in Mechanical Engineering or related, good command of English, good PC skill.

Maintenance Engineer(维修工程师)
-Bachelor degree holder. Major in electrical or automation; good PC skill, familiar with AutoCAD; electrician certification is a must;
-5 years experience on the large manufacturing factory equipment maintenance. Solid experience of TPM and metal products manufacturing equipment maintain. Experience in plant electrical layout design. Lean Manufacturing Experience .
-本科以上学历,机电一体化相关专业毕业;有一定英语基础,PC操作熟练,熟悉AutoCAD软件，持电工操作证；
-5年以上工厂设备维护保养经验,具备TPM 设备及五金产品设备维修经验,熟悉工厂水电设备维护,有工厂布局改善经验优先考虑。
